[It's extremely small, more suitable to a baby than an adult — and it has some obvious wear and tear as a vintage item. Perhaps... found in one of the diffusion zones? A small piece of paper inside reads: 'Sorry it's not quite the piano you'd have in mind. If you get back pain from leaning over it, not my fault.' ]

[ It's likely delivered in person, when they meet for their holiday meal— she will get a nicely wrapped gift box, inside it there's a music box that she might remember from the boxes of broken, rusty toys at her shop's stand. This one has been repaired and cleaned to perfection, though, and once she winds it up, it works as it was meant to. There is also a little metal fridge magnet of a couple of ice skates. ]

Inside it is a book with the title "How To Hit Those Pins: A Guide to Bowling" that, like all things here in Panorama, has seen better days. No page is torn, but the book isn't exactly brand new either. On the box, the note says - ]
