OPT-IN/OUT⟢
Though Wanda is in a fledgling state of her magic from her current in-game canon point, her MIND CONTROL can disrupt another individual's state of mind in three different ways. The first one being MENTAL MANIPULATION— an ability that allows her to mentally manipulate others, often in the form of an illusionary hypnotist. This ability gives her the power to control people's actions. On the other hand, FEAR MANIPULATIONis one she can use specifically to elicit fear or emotional pain in a person in the form of nightmarish hallucinations, which Wanda can also see. These MANIPULATION abilities will only come into play through conversation between players and never tossed into a thread without explicit permission.
Her ability that is the most in use, passively, is her TELEPATHY— which allows her to look into minds and see other people's thoughts, memories, and emotions. It's a way for her to also 'feel' the people around her. By being a PASSIVE ABILITY, she will automatically be able to 'read' others should they have no mental barriers or psionic powers. I tend to play this by ear, never making it a huge deal or something that keys her in on things that the other character/player doesn't want revealed or touched upon in that specific thread.
Should you wish to OPT-OUT of any and all instances of potential telepathy as a passive ability, let me know here and I will avoid including it in the meta/tags! If, on the other hand, you'd like to OPT-IN to instances of telepathy with a specific goal, a specific thing Wanda should pick up, or to encourage their CR a specific route, feel free to either comment here or message me through the usual means of our OOC communication.
